Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to ensure comprehensive care. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced technology like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Enjoy manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, uncapped incentives, and ongoing career growth through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
