Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and manage your own schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed for comprehensive care. Work manageable shifts of 5–7 patients per day, supported by structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Advance your career through ongoing learning via TAG University and hands-on experience with advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
