Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, manage your own schedule and supplies, and educate patients without being rushed. Work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily with competitive pay ranging from $50–$55/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
