Job Summary
Provide patient-centered dental hygiene care as a valued clinical partner to the doctor. Assess oral health, develop and deliver personalized care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Utilize digital tools and advanced technology (TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) to support clinical decision-making, charting, case acceptance, and patient communication. Manage scheduling and supplies with autonomy to deliver thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care. Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing learning through TAG University, with opportunities across full-time, part-time, or PRN positions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
