Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, you will partner with the doctor to develop patient care plans following AAP guidelines, manage your schedule to balance comprehensive patient care and education, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional care. You will use state-of-the-art technology (Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting) and participate in ongoing trainings to advance clinical skills. A strong focus on patient communication and rapport-building is essential, along with ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities. The role requires an Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene, and an active dental hygiene license in the practice state. The position supports a culture of collaboration, growth, and community service within Aspen Dental and its affiliated brands.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
