Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans; utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication; collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences; manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care; participate in a two-week onboarding and ongoing training; engage with advanced technology (TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) and continuous learning through TAG University to advance your career.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
