Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental provides patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. You will partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, use digital technology to support clinical assessments and patient communication, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities include managing your schedule and supplies with autonomy, participating in onboarding and ongoing training, and leveraging advanced technology for clinical decision-making. The role offers flexible opportunities (full-time, part-time, or PRN) and competitive pay of $50-$55/hr with an uncapped incentive plan, plus comprehensive benefits. The position requires an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active state hygiene license.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
- Experience with or familiarity with digital tools and advanced dental technology (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI)
