Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI for clinical assessments. Collaborate with the dental team to manage schedules and supplies autonomously, providing thorough assessments and patient education without being rushed. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable loads of 5–7 patients daily, supported by structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Competitive pay ranges from $55-$60/hr with an uncapped incentive plan, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
