Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and case acceptance. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, manage your own schedule and supplies, and educate patients without being rushed. You will work manageable shifts of 5–7 patients per day, including Fridays and/or 1–2 Saturdays a month, with structured two-week onboarding and access to advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI. Earn competitive pay of $48–$52/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan, supported by benefits including medical, dental, vision, and free continuing education through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
