Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental with autonomy to assess oral health, educate patients, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the doctor. Utilize digital tools such as voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS 3D scanning, and Videa AI; participate in onboarding and ongoing learning through TAG University; manage patient care and scheduling (5–7 patients per day) to deliver patient-centered care. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with competitive annual compensation ($114K–$177K) and comprehensive benefits. Requires Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active state license. Aspen Dental practices are independently owned with non-clinical support from TAG; equal opportunity employer.
