Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Utilize advanced tools including voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS 3D scanning, and Videa AI to support case acceptance. Work in a modern clinical environment supported by structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Earn competitive pay of $65–$75/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan, with manageable schedules allowing time for thorough assessments and patient education.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
