Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to manage schedules and supplies autonomously, ensuring thorough assessments and meaningful patient education without rushing. Experience advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning during a structured two-week onboarding process supported by mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities offer manageable loads of 5–7 patients daily, with competitive pay ranging from $45–$50/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
