Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences, manage your own schedule and supplies, and deliver thorough assessments without being rushed. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN roles offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily with competitive pay ranging from $50–$55/hr. plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
