Job Summary
Provide preventive dental hygiene care, develop patient care plans with the dentist following AAP guidelines, manage your schedule to support comprehensive patient education, collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care, participate in ongoing training and utilize technologies such as the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for perio charting, while engaging in continuing education and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented practice culture.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
