Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) to partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans. Responsibilities include performing thorough assessments, educating patients, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care using digital tools (TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) and a structured onboarding program. You’ll manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy, collaborate with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support, and engage in ongoing learning through TAG University with both in-person and virtual CE opportunities. The role supports both full-time and part-time arrangements and requires an active dental hygiene license in the practicing state along with an accredited associate degree or higher in dental hygiene.
