Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, you will partner with the doctor to develop patient care plans following AAP guidelines, manage your schedule to enable comprehensive patient care and education, and contribute to a collaborative dental team. You’ll expand your knowledge through structured continuing professional development and access state-of-the-art technology (e.g., Trios 3D scanner, Digital Dental Assistant) to support clinical excellence. The role emphasizes patient education, preventive care, and delivering high-quality dental hygiene services in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
