Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and case acceptance. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, including thorough assessments and patient education, within manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day. Manage your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to support meaningful, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. This role offers structured onboarding, mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, and access to advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI. Ongoing career growth is supported through TAG University's continuing education programs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
