Job Summary
As Aspen Dental seeks a Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will partner with the doctor to deliver personalized patient care plans and assessments using advanced technology (e.g., TRIOS 3D, Videa AI) in a modern clinical environment. You’ll educate patients, support clinical decision-making, manage your schedule and supplies, and participate in structured onboarding with mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team and ongoing career development through TAG University. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the dental team, and autonomy in delivering comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene services.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient education
