Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. You will assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without being rushed. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day. Structured two-week onboarding includes hands-on training with advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI. Ongoing career growth is supported through TAG University programs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
