Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and case acceptance. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, including thorough assessments and meaningful patient education, within manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day. Leverage hands-on experience with advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS® 3D scanning to support clinical decision-making. Receive structured two-week onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team to ensure a confident transition into patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
