Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI for clinical assessments. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, manage your own schedule and supplies, and educate patients without being rushed. Work within a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, with competitive pay ranging from $83,200 to $104,000 annualized plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
