Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to deliver personalized patient hygiene care plans using digital tools and advanced technology. Role involves assessing oral health, educating patients, and supporting clinical decision-making in a modern hygienist clinical environment. Opportunities span full-time, part-time, or PRN with a structured onboarding process, mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, and ongoing professional development through TAG University. Expect to use TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI, manage schedules and supplies, and contribute to a patient-centered care approach within independently owned Aspen Dental practices.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
