Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to deliver personalized patient dental hygiene care plans using digital technology to support assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences, manage your schedule and supplies, and participate in ongoing onboarding, hands-on training, and continuing education through TAG University. Enjoy autonomy in a modern clinical environment with advanced technology (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) and a mentorship-based hygiene support team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
