Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join Aspen Dental across full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. You’ll partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilize digital tools such as TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI to support clinical decision-making, educate patients, manage your schedule, and collaborate with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support. Requires an Associate degree (or higher) in dental hygiene and an active dental hygiene license in the practicing state. Competitive pay of $50–$55/hr with an uncapped incentive plan, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for tuition reimbursement, relocation, and more; benefits include health, 401(k), PTO, CE opportunities, and equal-opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
