Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, you will partner with the doctor to develop patient care plans using AAP guidelines, manage your schedule to provide comprehensive patient care and education, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional care. You’ll expand your knowledge through structured continuing professional development, participate in ongoing in-person and virtual trainings, utilize advanced tools like the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for perio charting, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused environment. Qualifications include an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active dental hygiene license in the state of practice; strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with patients of all ages.
