Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) providing preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care in collaboration with the dentist. Develop patient care plans using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines; manage scheduling to support comprehensive patient care and education; expand knowledge through structured continuing professional development; work with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care; utilize state-of-the-art technology including the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and voice-activated perio charting; participate in ongoing in-person and virtual trainings and continuing education; enjoy a supportive culture with opportunities for growth and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
