Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, including voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Schedule includes Fridays and 1-2 Saturdays a month with manageable patient loads of 5–7 per day. Compensation ranges from $45–$50/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
