Job Summary
Develop patient care plans alongside the doctor using American Academy of Periodontology guidelines while managing schedules for comprehensive patient care and education. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and expand clinical skills through structured continuing professional development and ongoing virtual trainings. Utilize state-of-the-art technology including the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting. Work within a supportive culture that encourages collaboration, with access to free continuing education and mentorship from a dedicated hygiene support team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
