Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to manage schedules and supplies autonomously, providing thorough assessments and education within manageable 5–7 patient daily loads. Complete a structured two-week onboarding and training program to support a confident transition into patient care using advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities are available with competitive pay ranging from $55–$60/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
