Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care. Utilize advanced tools including voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS 3D scanning, and Videa AI for thorough assessments. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day. Structured two-week onboarding and training support a confident transition into patient care, with ongoing learning through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
