Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning, alongside structured two-week onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Enjoy manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily with an uncapped incentive plan and access to TAG University for ongoing continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
