Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) needed to deliver patient-centered preventive care in a modern clinical environment. Responsibilities include partnering with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized care plans, performing thorough assessments, educating patients, and using digital tools (TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) to support clinical decision-making and charting. Join a network of independently owned Aspen Dental practices with on-the-job onboarding, mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, and ongoing CE through TAG University. Roles offered as full-time, part-time, or PRN with a competitive compensation package (up to $50/hr, $104K–$110K annually) plus sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Requires an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active state license; relocation benefits may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
