Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Engage in structured two-week onboarding and training, gaining hands-on experience with advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS® 3D scanning. Work a manageable schedule of 5–7 patients per day across full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities, supported by mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
