Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental needs to partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments and communications, collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, and manage schedules and supplies with autonomy. The role involves hands-on clinical work with advanced technology (e.g., TRIOS 74, 3D scanning, Videa AI), onboarding and ongoing education through TAG University, and contributing to patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with a structured onboarding process and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
