Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, supported by structured onboarding, mentorship, and advanced tools like TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI. Compensation ranges from $60-65/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan, with monthly stipends and extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
