Job Summary
Being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines; managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education; expanding knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development; working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care; leveraging state-of-the-art technology such as the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and the Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting; participating in ongoing in-person and virtual trainings to enhance clinical and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
