Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental, you will partner with the doctor to develop patient care plans using AAP guidelines, manage your schedule to enable comprehensive patient care and education, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will work with state-of-the-art technology (e.g., Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting) and participate in ongoing trainings (clinical, operations, management, and leadership) to expand your knowledge. This role emphasizes delivering preventive hygiene services, educating patients, and contributing to quality care within a supportive, growth-oriented practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
