Job Summary
Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations and partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans. Utilize digital technology, including voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning, to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day, supported by structured two-week onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Ongoing learning is available through TAG University for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
