Job Summary
Dental Hygienist RDH at Aspen Dental partners with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, using digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. You’ll educate patients, collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team, manage your schedule and supplies with necessary autonomy, and participate in structured onboarding and ongoing learning. The role provides hands-on experience with advanced technology (e.g., voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI) and opportunities for career growth through TAG University, with full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
