Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) needed to partner with the doctor to develop patient care plans per AAP guidelines, manage hygiene schedules for comprehensive patient care and education, and collaborate with the dental team. The role emphasizes continued professional development, use of state-of-the-art technology (e.g., Trios 3D intra-oral scanner, Digital Dental Assistant), and participation in ongoing trainings and CE. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
