Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care while managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. You'll work in modern clinical environments using advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS 3D scanning. Structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team support your transition into patient care. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily. Competitive pay ranges from $55–$60/hr with an uncapped incentive plan, plus a $1,000 monthly stipend for the first year.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
