Job Summary
Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, fluoride treatments, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings. Capture and interpret digital x-rays while educating patients on oral health and preventive care. Collaborate with doctors to identify restorative needs and communicate findings, maintaining accurate records and upholding OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Join an established Newton practice with a full schedule of 60-minute adult recall appointments, Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM. Earn $60-65+/hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and monthly incentives, supported by paid CE and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Local anesthesia certification required or willingness to obtain
