Job Summary
Perform routine dental cleanings, oral health assessments, and assist dentists with exams and treatments while taking dental X-rays. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care, maintain accurate patient records, and adhere to sterilization protocols and industry regulations. Work in a team-based environment across three locations within a 40-minute travel radius of Englewood, Florida, on an as-needed PRN schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local anesthesia certification
- CPR/First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
