Job Summary
Provide preventative dental care and overall maintenance for patients in a patient-focused practice, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. Utilize clinical tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical record systems to deliver high-quality care. Maintain eligibility for a part-time schedule with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, six paid holidays, and PTO. Complete a tuberculosis test prior to employment and attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in WI
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
