Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including patient screening, medical history documentation, and preventative care maintenance. Utilize tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical record systems to deliver exceptional lifetime care. Provide clinical education and support within a robust mentorship program designed to enhance skills and clinical potential. Complete required TB testing prior to starting employment and attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions. Work flexible office hours Monday through Thursday while maintaining eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in MN
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dentalwith or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test

- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
