Dental Hygienist

Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants. Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient's periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide assistance as directed by the dentist. Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act.
