Dental Hygienist

Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants. Collaborate with a dedicated hygiene assistant to support workflow, with standard one-hour appointments and HIPAA-compliant patient records management. Administer local anesthetics where allowed by practice act and assist the dentist as directed. Emphasis on a collaborative, clinically driven environment with strong clinical leadership, growth in technology (including AI integration), and a focus on patient experience and long-term relationships. The role includes a competitive base hourly rate plus 30% of net production (with no cap), additional product commissions, and a sign-on bonus (location dependent).
