Job Summary
Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient by performing scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and needs while reviewing medical history, then educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and guide them through the full treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting and file x-rays as needed, ensuring all procedures follow government regulations and company standards. Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
