Job Summary
Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient by performing scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and needs while reviewing medical history, then educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Offer same-day care whenever possible and guide families through the full treatment process. Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed and assist with dental and periodontal charting. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Requires current state Dental Hygienist license and CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
