Job Summary
Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision while delivering quality, compassionate care. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Guide families through the full treatment process and assist with periodontal charting as needed. Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service. Maintain compliance with all government regulations and company standards. Requires current state Dental Hygienist license and CPR/BLS certification. Bi-weekly uncapped production bonus plus $50-$54/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
